Florida Vacation Rentals Near Disney World

If you are looking for Florida vacation rentals near Disney World then our villa, Disney Mouse House, is a luxury 5-bedroom executive villa only 12 minutes drive away.  It was built by RD&C, a designer-build Orlando company renowned for their quality and design of Florida vacation homes.

As the villa was to be our home away from home too, we upgraded it substantially so that it was luxurious had all the appliances, utensils and facilities you would expect to find at your own home.  Everything you should need should already be there (excluding your food and clothing of course!).  Towels are supplied too (hand, bath and beach towels for use by the pool or at the beach should you go) so all you really need is your sun cream and bathing costume (although a few dollars might also prove pretty useful!).

As the majority of larger parties are made up of two families we arranged the bedroom accommodation accordingly. Downstairs is the king master bedroom that has a large cable television, a ceiling fan, two bedside cabinets, a dressing table, a crib/cot (that can be converted to  a toddler bed if required) and a large walk-in wardrobe. In here you will find a baby stroller (and there is also a high chair in the home). This bedroom has its own en suite bathroom (see bathrooms below for details).  The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs.

The second bedroom is a queen master bedroom that has its own cable television, a ceiling fan, two bedside cabinets, a third cabinet, a large chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe. It too has its own en suite bathroom (see below for details).

The remaining three bedrooms are all twin bedrooms.  Each twin room also has its own TV with cable.  One twin room is connected up with a Playstation2 with games, another has a DVD player and the third has numerous board games such as 'Monopoly' and 'Travel Go'.  All three twin bedrooms have ceiling fans too.

As a complimentary service, parents can choose whether they would like a themed bedroom for their children for their stay.  There are five themes to choose from.

For girls there is:

- My Little Princess
- Tinkerbell
- Little Mermaid

For the boys, there is a choice of

- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Spiderman

There are three full bathrooms and a half bath (i.e. toilet and sink).  As mentioned above, there are two en suite bathrooms. The king master suite has twin sink and vanity units, a large Jacuzzi bath, toilet and a large twin shower stall (no arguing over who gets to shower first!).

The queen master suite has a sink and vanity unit, a toilet and a large shower stall. The third bathroom, the family bathroom has a sink and vanity unit, a toilet and a bath with shower above. The queen master suite and the family bathroom are located upstairs and the king en suite downstairs. Also downstairs is the half bath that has a sink with vanity unit and a toilet.
