Orlando Vacation Homes Close To Disney World Not all Orlando vacation homes close to Disney World are as large or luxurious as Disney Mouse House. The facilities, the quality of the furnishings and those added little touches are what make the home just that little bit different. As a few previous guests have said, neither the photos nor the 360 degree virtual tour do the home justice. Vacation Rental Home In Tuscan Ridge Disney Mouse House is a vacation rental home in Tuscan Ridge which is an upmarket community between Davenport and Kissimmee on US Highway 27. 	Kitchen and Utility Room

The home has a fully fitted kitchen so is well-equipped with all the cooking facilities you will need. This includes items such as a microwave, coffee maker, blender, slo-cooker, four-slice toaster, a refrigerator with ice-maker and a dishwasher to name but just some. In the utility room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board.


	Family Room

The family room (or lounge) is overlooked by the kitchen so mum (or dad as the case may be!) can continue to enjoy the family holiday experience, and the company, whilst preparing food. There is a 50-inch HD (High Definition) flat-screen plasma colour television with cable, a video player, an HD compatible DVD player (with numerous family and children's DVDs - in excess of 75) and a 60-CD changer hi-fi (full of CDs). The TV cable system in the family room is HD digital - for European travellers, if familiar with the system, it is not dissimilar to Sky Plus digital. There is also a wireless Internet connection with high speed Internet access (5 megabytes). You will need to take your lap top to access this facility. Just ask us for the modem settings before you go.


	Games Room

Our games room is great for those rainy Florida days. It has a pool table, an air hockey table, a foosball table and an electronic dart board with darts. The darts have plastic tips so are quite safe for the children to use (so long as they don't go throwing them at one another instead!). The home also has a number of board games (such as Monopoly - but it is of New Orleans just to make it a little different) and a PlayStation 2 as detailed in 'Bedrooms' above. Additionally there is a 31 inch TV and DVD player. The kids certainly won't get bored in this home.......not all Orlando vacation homes are the same!


	Swimming Pool

Not all Orlando vacation homes are the same - not all have their own private pool! Our luxury villa has a large outdoor private swimming pool and lanai (patio area) which is covered by a 'bird/insect screen'. The pool, which measures just over 30 ft x 15ft, is 5ft at its deepest and 3ft at its shallowest. All windows and doors leading to the pool are protected by child safety alarms thus preventing young children from entering the pool area without the parents' knowledge. Our lanai area is over 18 feet long so there is more than enough room for sunbathing.


	Dining Areas

For those guests that are outdoor lovers, there is a barbeque by the screened swimming pool. There are also table and chairs in a covered lanai area by the pool that has a fan above to keep cool whilst dining plus a light for evening enjoyment. In addition there is also a table and chairs available in the kitchen area (kitchen dining nook). For a more formal family dining experience, the villa has a separate full dining room with table that can seat 10 people. Ensure when booking Orlando vacation homes that yours has sufficient seating capacity for you all to dine together!


	Reading Room

For those looking for a more peaceful and relaxing time at 'home' whilst not enjoying the delights of Orlando, there is a separate reading area (with two sofas) that overlooks, and has access to, the pool area via sliding patio doors. Numerous novels are supplied - too many to read whilst you are there!


	Sun Beds

On the other hand, the sun-worshipers can relax on the numerous sun beds by the pool.


	Air Conditioning

The villa has two air conditioning systems, one upstairs and one downstairs, allowing you the luxury of setting a more comfortable temperature whilst sleeping. This is particularly convenient if you have young children going to bed early in the evening because your own comfort, whilst relaxing downstairs, will not be affected.
